Help for partners
Got a question? We’ve got answers. If you have other questions, please contact us at hello@r2gconnect.com.
How does R2GConnect work?
R2GConnect is a platform to connect investors, corporates, accelerators and others with the innovators in the digital-health space. Briefing partners publish briefings looking for specific digital solutions. Technology providers can browse these briefings, apply directly, and find potential business opportunities.
How do I activate my account?
You can sign up, fill in your company details, and your account is activated.
How much does it cost?
It is a free service — you can place as many briefings as you like. If you want to invite startups, see their full profile, or get recommendations based on the matching score, you can upgrade your account to Premium. Pricing options for Premium accounts can be found on the homepage.
What is a briefing?
A briefing is a description of your offer or opportunity published on the R2GConnect platform, so technology providers such as startups and scaleups can find it and apply.
How can I create a briefing?
Click on “create a new briefing” and submit the required information. The briefing can be saved as a draft to finish later. All your briefings can be found in your dashboard, and each time there is a new application you receive an email and a system notification.
What is a dashboard and what can I do with it?
The dashboard manages all your briefings. You can review the applications, manage the statuses of all applications, and finish and publish draft briefings.
Is there a limit to the amount of briefings I can publish?
No — you can submit an unlimited number of briefings.
How can I invite startups/scaleups to my briefing?
Startups and scaleups automatically receive a notification when a new briefing is published. You can also invite them directly through the “Startup radar”: browse the startup database and press “Invite”, then select the briefing you want to invite them for — they receive a notification and email. You can additionally invite them via Startup radar → Startup recommendations.
How can I manage the briefing applications?
Applications can be managed from your dashboard. After reviewing each application you can accept it, shortlist it, or reject it. Once an application has been accepted, the startup/scaleup receives a notification.
Who can see my briefing?
All briefings are publicly visible. Startups and scaleups receive a notification whenever a new briefing is published, and new briefings are highlighted in our newsletter to startups and scaleups.
Can I search for startups and scaleups?
Yes — you can browse the startup database in the “Startup radar” section. Use the filters to narrow down your search.
