How to Have a Perfect Healthtech Investor Pitch

The perfect pitch consists of two components:

  1. a complete, well-structured and prepared presentation deck and
  2. a convincing presentation.

How does a perfect pitch deck look and what questions should be answered? => PErfect pitch decks have a maximum of 15 pages, preferably 10. => Make it look beautiful. If you are not a perfect chart writer, get one to do it for you. Even the best story cannot shine through bad charts.

Content that you must not forget is: =>What problem are you solving (problem solved) and how big is it (addressable market)? =>Why are you better than the competition? =>How does your solution solve the problem (solution) and what evidence is there that your solution works (study results, certifications) =>How do you want to earn money and how much (target groups and business model, forecast)? =>Have you already had success (sales, customers, partners, users) =>How much money do you want to raise and what do you want to spend it on? => Who is the team behind the solution and why should people believe that you can do it (previous exit experience, network, years in business)?

Now to the performance. Depending on the setting, you have between 2 and 10 minutes to get your story across. => If you are presenting it for the first time, do it at least 6 times in front of your colleagues or business partners. Practice!!! You must know your story by heart. => Don't start with a story about your uncle or someone else in the family who is ill and that's why you founded the company. That was good 5 years ago, now everyone does it. Investors are getting increasingly annoyed. => Don't put on a show, above all be authentic!!! => Show that you are a team that complements each other. If you have more time, let at least one other founder present. => And most importantly, get your commitment across.

Maybe it's not so difficult after all.
